As a stipulation of Executive Partner status with the Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA), each Executive Partner company and its representatives will agree to adhere to the following guidelines:
- Executive Partner companies and their representatives must protect the integrity of the exclusivity of members only benefits, and must not include, invite or encourage a prospective member to participate in stated benefits.
- CLIA's Executive Partner program extends the use of its logo to its Exceutive Partners representing their affiliation and support of CLIA and the cruise industry.
- Executive Partner companies who employ representatives that also represent non-member companies may not purport to represent and/or solicit products or services of the non-member companies within the context of a members only benefit.
